Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO, PROCESSO PARA REDUZIR AS EMISSÕES DE ALDEÍDOS, ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO, E, POLIÉTER-POLIOL. Espumas de poliuretano são produzidas por cura de uma mistura de reação que contém um poli-isocianato aromático, pelo menos um material reativo a isocianato que tem uma funcionalidade média de pelo menos 2 e um peso equivalente de pelo menos 200 por grupo reativo a isocianato, pelo menos um agente de expansão, pelo menos um tensoativo e pelo menos um catalisador, um certo composto de ß-dicetona e pelo menos um polímero amino-funcional solúvel em água. As espumas assim produzidas emitem baixos teores de aldeídos.
