Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a anticorpos e fragmentos de ligação a antígeno dos mesmos que se ligam especificamente à proteína spike de SARS-CoV-2 e métodos de produção e seleção dos mesmos. Os anticorpos podem ser usados, por exemplo, em profilaxia, profilaxia pós-exposição ou tratamento de infecção por SARS-CoV-2. Os anticorpos também podem ser usados para detectar a infecção por SARS-CoV-2 em um indivíduo.
