Abstract

CHICOTE DE FIOS MOLDADO POR INJEÇÃO E MÉTODO DE MOLDAGEM. Um chicote de fios moldado por injeção e um método de moldagem. O chicote de fios inclui um terminal (1) e pelo menos um condutor (2). Uma extremidade do terminal (1) é conectada a um circuito elétrico de um dispositivo elétrico e a outra extremidade do terminal (1) é conectada ao condutor (2). O chicote de fios é fornecido com uma camada protetora (7) que é moldada por injeção e envolve o condutor (2), e pelo menos um dispositivo de posicionamento (5) que é moldado por injeção para fixar a posição do chicote de fios e/ou em pelo menos um dispositivo de vedação (4) que é moldado por injeção para impermeabilização. O método pode reduzir a operação manual, melhorar a consistência dos produtos do chicote de fios, reduzir o custo de produção dos produtos do chicote de fios e prolongar a vida útil do chicote de fios.
