Abstract

A invenção refere-se a um pó metálico para manufatura aditiva possuindo uma composição compreendendo os seguintes elementos, expressos em teor em peso: 0,01% = C = 0,2%, 4,6% = Ti = 10%, (0,45 xTi) - 0,22% = B = (0,45 xTi) + 0,70%, S = 0,03%, P = 0,04%, N = 0,05%, O = 0,05% e, opcionalmente, contendo: Si = 1,5%, Mn = 3%, Al = 1,5%, Ni = 1%, Mo = 1%, Cr = 3%, Cu = 1%, Nb = 0,1%, V = 0,5% e compreendendo precipitados eutéticos de TiB2 e Fe2B, o resto sendo Fe e impurezas inevitáveis resultantes da elaboração, a porcentagem em volume de TiB2 sendo igual ou superior a 10% e a densidade aparente média do pó sendo 7,50 g/cm3 ou menos. A invenção também se refere ao seu método de fabricação por atomização.
