La presente invención proporciona acero tratable con calor, un producto formado utilizando el mismo que tiene ultra-alta resistencia y excelente durabilidad, y un método para manufacturar el mismo, en donde el acero tratable con calor contiene, en % en peso, C (0.22-0.42%), si (0.05-0.3%), Mn (1.0-1.5%), Al (0.01-0.1%), P (0.01% o menos ( incluyendo 0), S (0.005% o menos), Mo (0.05-0.3%), Ti (0.01-01%) Cr (0.05-0.5%), B (0.0005-0.005%), N (0.1% o menos); el resto Fe, y otras impurezas inevitables, Mn y Si que satisfacen la fórmula de relación (1) enseguida, Mo/p que satisface la fórmula de relación (2) enseguida: [Formula de Relación 1] Mn/Si > 5 [Formula de Relación 2] Mo/P >15. La presente invención puede proporcionar acero tratable con calor que permite la fabricación de un producto formado que tiene ultra-alta resistencia y excelente durabilidad, y un producto formado utilizando el mismo que tiene ultra-alta resistencia y excelente durabilidad, y de esta manera puede contribuir a una reducción en el peso y mejoras en la durabilidad y lapso de vida de los componentes tratados con calor utilizados en el chasis o carrocería de un vehiculo.
