Claims (4)
- 질량%로, C: 0.22% ~ 0.35%, Si: 0.10% ~ 0.26%, Mn: 0.5% ~ 1.50%, P: 0.025% 이하, S: 0.01% 이하, Al: 0.010% ~ 0.050%, B: 2ppm ~ 35ppm, Ti: 0.005 ~ 0.05%를 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, (Mn/8)-0.07 ≤ Si ≤ (Mn/8)+0.07를 만족하고, 인장 강도가 1700MPa 이상이고, 단면 형상이 환형 또는 각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내충격성 전봉 강관.

- 제1항에 있어서, 강 중에 질량%로, Nb: 0.005% ~ 0.050%, V: 0.005% ~ 0.070%, Cu: 0.005% ~ 0.5%, Cr: 0.005% ~ 0.5%, Mo: 0.1% ~ 0.5%, Ni: 0.1% ~ 0.5%, Ca: 0.01% 이하, 희토류 원소(REM): 0.1% 이하의 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내충격성 전봉 강관.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 고주파 담금질에 의해 95% 이상 마르텐사이트 조직으로 하고, 또한 구오스테나이트 입도 번호 6번 이상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고내충격성 전봉 강관.
