Abstract

CONJUGADO DE UM AGENTE QUELANTE, E, RADIOFÁRMACO. O anticorpo humanizado anti-MUC5AC marcado com RI é um complexo de um agente quelante quelatado por radionuclídeo e um anticorpo (o radionuclídeo é um nuclídeo metálico que emite raios a ou pósitrons, e o anticorpo é um anticorpo humanizado que se liga especificamente a MUC5AC) e é muito útil no tratamento e/ou diagnóstico de doenças nas quais MUC5AC é superexpressa, especialmente câncer, devido à excelente especificidade para MUC5AC e capacidade de se acumular em tumores.
