Abstract

ANTICORPO CONTRA NECTINA-4 E APLICAÇÃO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma molécula de anticorpo que se liga à Nectina-4 humana ou a um fragmento da mesma. O anticorpo é obtido por meio de técnicas de avaliação e humanização de hibridomas e é utilizado para a prevenção ou tratamento de um câncer, podendo ser utilizado como molécula líder de fármaco clínica.
