Abstract
Um sistema de controle de temperatura do lado de saída de laminador inclui um aparelho de arrefecimento (20) e uma unidade de controle do aparelho de arrefecimento (30). O aparelho de arrefecimento (20) inclui um bocal de pulverização (21), uma passagem de fluido resfriador (22), uma primeira válvula (23), uma primeira unidade de controle de válvula (24), uma segunda válvula (25), um detector de taxa de fluxo (26) e uma segunda unidade de controle de válvula (27). A segunda unidade de controle de válvula (27) controla a abertura de válvula da segunda válvula (25) para fazer com que um valor real de taxa de fluxo detectado pelo detector de taxa de fluxo (26) coincida com um valor-alvo da taxa de fluxo. Uma seção de descarga de fluido resfriador remanescente (31) controla a primeira válvula (23) para um estado aberto e a segunda válvula (25) para um fechado definindo o valor-alvo da taxa de fluxo para zero, antes que um material a ser laminado (2) chegue a um laminador (10). Uma seção de ajuste do valor-alvo da taxa de fluxo (32) define o valor-alvo da taxa de fluxo para um valor que corresponde à temperatura alvo do material a ser laminado (2) no lado de entrada e no lado de saída do laminador (10) após o controle pela seção de descarga de fluido resfriador remanescente (31).
