Abstract

um tubo de liga de ferro-cromo-alumínio (fecral) resistente a altas temperaturas (1) que se estende ao longo de um eixo longitudinal (c), em que o tubo é formado a partir de uma tira contínua (3) de uma liga de fecral resistente a altas temperaturas e compreende uma costura helicoidal (2). o tubo de liga de fecral resistente a altas temperaturas é fabricado por alimentação de uma tira contínua da liga de fecral resistente a altas temperaturas em direção a uma estação de modelagem de tubo (4), enrolamento helicoidal da tira de forma que as bordas longas (6, 7) da tira encostem uma na outra e sendo formado um tubo (1) giratório se move para a frente em uma direção paralela ao seu eixo longitudinal, e união contínua das referidas bordas longas que se encostam uma a outra em um processo de soldadura diretamente quando o tubo é formado, pelo que é obtido um tubo soldado compreendendo uma costura soldada helicoidal.
