Abstract

a presente invenção descreve um método para a produção de uma composição de dope para fiação, sendo que o dito método compreende uma homogeneização que envolve mistura vigorosa de um material de polpa celulósica em solução álcali, sendo que mistura vigorosa implica suprir uma densidade de potência aos agitadores usados na etapa de homogeneização de pelo menos 150 kw/m3 (kw suprido aos agitadores por unidade misturada de volume líquido) e, em seguida, uma dissolução que envolve mistura do material de polpa celulósica na solução álcali para obter uma composição de dope para fiação, em que a densidade de potência suprida aos agitadores usados na etapa de dissolução é, no máximo, 75 kw/m3 (kw suprido aos agitadores por unidade misturada de volume líquido); e em que o material de polpa celulósica em solução álcali é mantido a uma temperatura de menos do que 0°c durante a homogeneização e durante pelo menos parte da dissolução. a presente invenção é também direcionada a um sistema destinado para a produção de uma composição de dope para fiação.
