Abstract
um processo para produzir um material precursor para a fabricação de um granulado de material compósito, o referido material precursor compreendendo um material polimérico e um material em fibra, o referido processo compreendendo as etapas de, nesta ordem: agitar um material polimérico e um material em fibra em um dispositivo de mistura compreendendo um meio de mistura através do funcionamento do meio de mistura em uma velocidade suficiente para provocar um aumento da temperatura para, pelo menos, uma temperatura além do ponto de amolecimento vicat, ou a uma temperatura dentro ou além da faixa de temperatura de fusão do material polimérico; b. manter a velocidade do meio de mistura; c. quando a potência de motor específica necessária para manter a velocidade do meio de mistura aumentar a um valor pré-determinado ou atingir um valor pré-determinado reduzir a velocidade a uma quantidade pré-determinada; d. repetir a etapa anterior c. até que a velocidade caia abaixo de um primeiro valor limite, formando assim um material intermediário; e. pulverizar o material intermediário formado em um, preferivelmente, dispositivo de pulverização arrefecido compreendendo um meio de pulverização através da operação do meio de pulverização em uma velocidade para permitir uma diminuição na temperatura, até que a temperatura caia abaixo de um segundo valor limite, formando assim o material precursor.
