Abstract

um método para ajuste de valores de viscosidade pré-definíveis na reciclagem de resíduos de poliéster que apresentam diferentes viscosidades deve ser desenvolvido de modo que o material final desejado com viscosidade correspondente esteja presente após um tempo mais curto e com menor consumo de energia, em que além disso o design colorido da massa fundida deve ser influenciável. para este propósito, é proposto que os resíduos de poliéster sejam fundidos em uma primeira área (9) de uma extrusora (1) e sejam submetidos à degradação hidrolítica pela umidade introduzida com os resíduos de poliéster, que uma policondensação seja feita em uma segunda área (11) da extrusora (1) em que a degradação hidrolítica é combatida e iniciada a equalização das diferenças de viscosidade, que em uma terceira área (13) da extrusora (1) seja conduzido solvente tal como água ou álcool, em que é feita uma degradação hidrolítica e/ou glicolítica da massa fundida no sentido de uma viscosidade uniforme da massa fundida, que em uma quarta área (14) da extrusora (1) seja feita uma mistura ativa da massa fundida, que a massa fundida seja transportada para fora da extrusora (1) para um reator de policondensação (6), em que no reator de policondensação (6) é ajustada a viscosidade final desejada da massa fundida.
