Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo para a detecção do momento de descarte de um cabo de fibras (1) de alta resistência para dispositivos de elevação como guindastes, bem como a um dispositivo de elevação como um guindaste, no qual está instalado um cabo de fibras de alta resistência desse tipo. a fim de poder determinar mais facilmente o respectivo grau de dano do revestimento e, com isso, a proximidade do iminente momento de descarte do cabo, de acordo com um aspecto da presente invenção um dispositivo para a detecção do momento de descarte de um cabo de fibras de alta resistência está equipado com uma memória de danos de referência, na qual estão contidas representações de referência do cabo em diversos graus de dano do revestimento (2) do cabo, com auxílio dos quais, por meio de uma comparação óptica de uma imagem real do cabo com as representações de referência mencionadas, pode ser determinado o respectivo grau de dano e/ou de desgaste do revestimento, com auxílio do qual pode ser determinado então o momento de descarte.
