Abstract
um método para limpar um equipamento no lugar inclui uma pluralidade de ciclos de limpeza e, opcionalmente, um enxágue onde cada ciclo de limpeza inclui aplicar uma primeira solução de limpeza de um primeiro tanque de abastecimento através de um primeiro conjunto de bocais; e aplicar uma segunda solução de limpeza de um segundo tanque de abastecimento através de um segundo conjunto de bocais. a primeira solução de limpeza pode ser aplicada por cerca de (20) s a cerca de (10) min. e a segunda solução de limpeza por cerca de 1 min. a cerca de (60) min. o ciclo de limpeza pode ser repretido de (5) a (150) vezes e a primeira e a segunda soluções de limpeza podem ser recirculadas durante o processo.
