Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho (1) para o empacotamento de um produto (p) compreendendo uma estação de formação (2) configurada para receber um filme base (3) e para formar com o mesmo um corpo precursor (4) possuindo uma pluralidade de elementos em formato de bandeja (5) adjacentes um ao outro, e uma estação de empacotamento (8) configurada para receber o dito corpo precursor (4) e um filme de encerramento (9), a estação de empacotamento (8) sendo configurada para fixar o filme de encerramento (9) ao corpo precursor (4) pelo menos em uma abertura superior (5a) de um número predeterminado de ditos elementos em formato de bandeja (5) para a formação de pacotes (c) flanqueados um ao outro. um dispositivo de movimentação (13) é configurado para mover pelo menos uma dentre as ditas estações de formação (2) e empacotamento (8), para conferir ao corpo precursor (4) um movimento descontínuo, etapa por etapa, ao longo de um percurso de avanço predeterminado (t). também é descrito um processo de empacotamento utilizando o aparelho (1).
