Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de uma chapa de aço eletromagnética unidirecional que compreende: uma etapa de aquecimento para aquecer uma placa tendo uma composição química predeterminada a uma temperatura t1°c de 1150°c a 1300°c, mantendo-se a temperatura durante 5 minutos a 30 horas, reduzindo-se a temperatura da placa para uma temperatura t2°c que é mais baixa que (t1 ? 50)ºc, aquecendo-se a placa a uma temperatura t3ºc de 1280°c a 1450°c, e mantendo-se a temperatura 5 minutos a 60 minutos; uma etapa de laminação a quente de laminação a quente da placa aquecida para obter uma chapa de aço laminada a quente; uma etapa de laminação a frio; uma etapa de recozimento intermediário para realizar o recozimento intermédio sobre a chapa de aço laminada a quente pelo menos uma vez antes da etapa de laminação a frio ou enquanto interrompe temporariamente a etapa de laminação a frio antes do passe final da etapa de laminação a frio; uma etapa de revestimento separador de recozimento; e uma segunda etapa de revestimento de filme de revestimento. a etapa de laminação a frio inclui manter processos entre múltiplos passes. um a quatro processos dentre os processos de manutenção são realizados a uma temperatura t°c que satisfaz 170+[bi]×5000=t=300. a taxa de aquecimento na etapa de descarbonetação é 50 °c/segundo.
