Abstract

um pó de liga à base de ferro para metalurgia em pó que contém 2,0% em massa a 5,0% em massa de cu, o saldo sendo fe e impurezas incidentes. de 1/10 a 8/10 do cu é ligado por difusão em forma de pó às superfícies de pó de ferro que serve como uma matéria-prima para o pó de liga à base de ferro, e o restante do cu está contido nesse pó de ferro como uma pré-liga. o pó de liga à base de ferro tem compres-sibilidade superior a pós de liga à base de ferro pré-ligados com cu convencionais e possibilita a produção de um membro sínter-forjado de alta resistência mesmo quando sinterizado a uma temperatura menor do que pós de liga à base de ferro convencionais que contêm pó de cu misturado.
