Abstract
um processo de tratamento superficial de uma peça de aço para conferir à mesma uma resistência elevada ao desgaste e à corrosão comporta uma etapa de nitretação ou de nitrocarbonetação adaptada para formar uma camada de combinação de, pelo menos, 8 micrômetros de espessura, formada por nitretos de ferro de fases e e/ou ¿', uma etapa de oxidação adaptada para gerar uma camada de óxidos de espessura compreendida entre 0,1 e 3 micrômetros e uma etapa de impregnação por imersão em um banho de impregnação durante, pelo menos, 5 minutos a temperatura ambiente, este banho sendo formado por pelo menos 70% em peso, mais ou menos 1%, de um solvente formado por uma mistura de hidrocarbonetos formada por uma fração de alcanos de c9 a c17, de 10% a 30% em peso, mais ou menos 1%, de pelo menos um óleo de parafina composto por uma fração de alcanos c16 a c32 e de pelo menos um aditivo do tipo aditivo fenólico de síntese a uma concentração compreendida entre 0,01% e 3% em peso, mais ou menos 0,1%.
