Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um líquido de tratamento de superfície com excelente estabilidade de armazenamento e tem a capacidade para fornecer uma folha de aço de superfície tratada para a qual o revestimento de tratamento formado tem excelente resistência à água, resistência a solvente, adesão a folhas de aço plaqueadas, e lubricidade a quente, bem como tratabilidade de conversão química após prensagem a quente, resistência à corrosão após revestimento e soldabilidade por ponto. o líquido de tratamento de superfície para uma folha de aço plaqueada que deve ser prensada a quente compreende uma dispersão de zno aquosa (a) e uma resina orgânica dispersível em água (b). a dispersão de zno aquosa (a) compreende água e partículas de zno, cujo diâmetro de partícula é de 50 a 300 nm. a re-sina orgânica dispersível em água (b) tem um valor de acidez de 5 a 45 mg koh/g e 5 a 300 nm de diâmetro de partícula de emulsão. a razão de massa (wa/wb) entre a massa (wa) de partículas de zno na dispersão de zno aquosa e a massa (wb) de sólidos da resina orgânica dispersível em água é de 30/70 a 95/5.
