Abstract
uma chapa de aço eletromagnético que tenha uma película de revestimento isolante na superfície de uma chapa de aço. a película isolante contém: um aglutinante que é configurado de 100 partes em massa de um sal metálico de ácido fosfórico e 1 ? 50 partes em massa de uma resina orgânica que tenha um diâmetro médio de partícula de 0,05 ? 0,50 ¿m; e um composto ácido carboxílico tendo 2 - 50 átomos de carbono em uma quantidade de 0,1 ? 10 partes em massa em relação a 100 partes em massa do teor de sólidos do aglutinante. a resina orgânica é composta de uma ou mais resinas selecionadas entre resinas acrílicas, resinas epóxi, e resinas poliéster. esta chapa de aço eletro-magnético é provida de uma película de revestimento isolante que apresenta boa resistência à ferrugem nas faces extremas após o puncionamento.
