um novo meio técnico que pode atingir de forma estável partículas de resina de poliéster esféricas monodispersas úteis e uma dispersão aquosa das mesmas de uma maneira fácil e barata, e um produto cosmético com extensibilidade fina, que tem boa resistência à água e toque suave e não proporciona sensação desconfortável para a pele; uma dispersão aquosa de resina de poliéster monodispersa esférica, incluindo uma resina de poliéster dispersa em água, em que a resina de poliéster tem um diâmetro de partícula médio de partícula na gama de 1 a 1000 µm, uma esfericidade na gama de 1.00 a 1.10 como um valor médio do diâmetro longo/diâmetro curto das partículas, e uma monodispersidade como um coeficiente de variação a partir do diâmetro médio das partículas e um desvio padrão de 8% ou menos; a dispersão contém, juntamente com a resina de poliéster, (a) um composto polimérico aniónico com um peso molecular médio de 5,000,000 ou mais e 25,000,000 ou menos, e (b) um álcool polivinílico, como agentes dispersantes, numa proporção na gama de 1/10 a 1/99 proporção de massa (a/b), e a dispersão tem uma viscosidade na gama de 0.1 a 5 pa¿s.
