Abstract

本发明涉及一种美妆用快速干燥且易卸除的水性产品及其制备方法，所述的一种美妆用快速干燥且易卸除的水性产品由以下组分按照以下质量份数比制备而成：高附着水性聚氨酯树脂94.8‑98.8份、水性聚氨酯分散体1‑7.8份、底材润湿及防缩孔助剂0.1份、丙二醇0.05份、苯氧乙醇0.05份；所述的高附着水性聚氨酯树脂为广州亨缌克新材料有限公司的PU3118；所述的水性聚氨酯分散体为万华化学集团股份有限公司的9235NP；所述的底材润湿及防缩孔助剂为德国迪高的Twin4200。本发明的易卸除水性产品能满足化妆品备案检测标准；可应用于皮肤上，不仅干燥速度快；而且方便撕拉剥离，容易卸除。

Description

一种美妆用快速干燥且易卸除水性产品及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及到化妆品领域，具体为涉及一种美妆用快速干燥且易卸除的水性产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会发展与进步，人们对美的要求愈来愈高、愈来愈丰富，美妆产品也愈来愈多。同时自媒体时代快速发展与Z时代成长，对美的多样化和个性化需求越来越明显。如何在应用端满足客户安全、个性的需求成为每家厂商面对的问题。
在个性化美妆中，美妆的大面积粉饰不再是普遍的需求，留白与空间成为个性化的一种表达。如何提高个性化化妆的效率成为化妆师的挑战，特别是如何在皮肤美妆过程时，如何使无需美妆区域保持化妆师初始设计状态成为一个难题。
本发明在于通过：1)在分子链段接枝产生氢键基团，其形成的涂层与皮肤产生疏肤性2)通过分子链段的软硬链段的合适分配提供产品可剥性3)采用复合自交联技术提高产品的干燥速度，提供一种可在皮肤表层快速干燥且易卸除水性产品及其方法，在对皮肤进行美妆时，对无需化妆区域进行保护，在美妆完毕，对保护区域进行清理。
目前市面也有一些可卸除涂层包括可剥涂层非可剥拉涂层，其缺点：1)满足不了化妆品需求；2)应用场景汽车；3)气味大；4)干燥慢等等。如CN102121345A，干燥偏慢，干燥时间为30min；组合物中含有固体颗粒，可剥涂层的整体剥离性下降。CN1163558C,利用不同玻璃化温度的不同进行复配，使其达到可在汽车上的剥离。此发明的缺点是干燥时间在80摄氏度仍需要15min。
发明内容
本发明提供美妆用快速干燥且易卸除的水性产品及其制备方法，本发明的产品应用于皮肤上，干燥快，而且方便撕拉剥离。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
美妆用快速干燥且易卸除的水性产品，由以下组分按照以下质量份数比制备而成：

所述的高附着水性聚氨酯树脂为广州亨缌克新材料有限公司的PU3118；所述的水性聚氨酯分散体为万华化学集团股份有限公司的9235NP；所述的底材润湿及防缩孔助剂为德国迪高的Twin4200。
美妆用快速干燥且易卸除的水性产品的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)在温度为5℃-35℃下，将高附着水性聚氨酯树脂、水性聚氨酯分散体和底材润湿及防缩孔助剂在搅拌速率为600-800r/min下混合10-20分钟；
(2)将丙二醇与苯氧乙醇在搅拌速率为600-800r/min下搅拌15-20min；
(3)然后将步骤(2)的产物以1-2滴/s的速率滴入步骤(1)的产物中，一边搅拌一边滴入，滴完以后继续搅拌10-20min，即得。
进一步地，将步骤(3)得到的产物经200-400目滤网，最后分装、包装得到最终涂料。
较之前的现有技术，本发明具有以下有益效果：本发明的易卸除水性产品能满足化妆品备案检测标准；可应用于皮肤上，不仅干燥速度快；而且方便撕拉剥离，容易卸除。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步阐述：
实施例1
一种在皮肤上快速干燥且易卸除水性产品，由以下组分按照以下质量份数比制备而成：

一种在皮肤上快速干燥且易易卸除水性产品的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)在温度为5℃下，将PU3118、9235NP和Tego4200在搅拌速率为600r/min下混合10分钟；
(2)将丙二醇与苯氧乙醇在搅拌速率为600r/min下搅拌15min；
(3)然后将步骤(2)的产物以1滴/s的速率滴入步骤(1)的产物中，一边搅拌一边滴入，滴完以后继续搅拌10min，即得。
将步骤(3)得到的产物经200目滤网，最后分装、包装得到最终产品。
实施例2
一种在皮肤上快速干燥且易卸除水性产品，由以下组分按照以下质量份数比制备而成：

(1)在温度为35℃下，将PU3118、9235NP和Tego4200在搅拌速率为800r/min下混合20分钟；
(2)将丙二醇与苯氧乙醇在搅拌速率为800r/min下搅拌15-20min；
(3)然后将步骤(2)的产物以2滴/s的速率滴入步骤(1)的产物中，一边搅拌一边滴入，滴完以后继续搅拌20min，即得。
将步骤(3)得到的产物经400目滤网，最后分装、包装得到最终产品。
实施例3
一种在皮肤上快速干燥且易卸除水性产品，由以下组分按照以下质量份数比制备而成：

一种在皮肤上快速干燥且易卸除水性产品的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)在温度为25℃下，将PU3118、9235NP和Tego4200在搅拌速率为700r/min下混合15分钟；
(2)将丙二醇与苯氧乙醇在搅拌速率为700r/min下搅拌15min；
(3)然后将步骤(2)的产物以1滴/s的速率滴入步骤(1)的产物中，一边搅拌一边滴入，滴完以后继续搅拌10min，即得。
将步骤(3)得到的产物经300目滤网，最后分装、包装得到最终产品。
在指甲边缘与指腹处，用毛刷沿着指甲外源刷涂本发明实施例1-3的产品，其均符合化妆品备案检测标准。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美妆用快速干燥且易卸除的水性产品，其特征在于：所述的高附着水性聚氨酯树脂为广州亨缌克新材料有限公司的PU3118；所述的水性聚氨酯分散体为万华化学集团股份有限公司的9235NP；所述的底材润湿及防缩孔助剂为德国迪高的Twin4200。
3.一种用于制备权利要求1或2所述的美妆用快速干燥且易卸除的水性产品的制备方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
(1)在温度为5℃-35℃下，将高附着水性聚氨酯树脂、水性聚氨酯分散体和底材润湿及防缩孔助剂在搅拌速率为600-800r/min下混合10-20分钟；
(2)将丙二醇与苯氧乙醇在搅拌速率为600-800r/min下搅拌15-20min；
(3)然后将步骤(2)的产物以1-2滴/s的速率滴入步骤(1)的产物中，一边搅拌一边滴入，滴完以后继续搅拌10-20min，即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的美妆用快速干燥且易卸除的水性产品的制备方法，其特征在于：还包括如下步骤：将步骤(3)得到的产物经200-400目滤网过滤，最后分装、包装即得。
