resumo ?tratamento para suportes para eletrogalvanização para evitar metalização de suporte? trata-se de um método de revestimento de um suporte para eletrogalvanização usado para sustentar substratos não condutores durante um processo de galvanização. o método compreende as etapas de colocar em contato pelo menos uma porção do suporte para eletrogalvanização com uma composição de plastisol, em que a composição de plastisol dispersou no mesmo uma quantidade eficaz de um aditivo que tem a estrutura: fórmula (i) em que r, r', r" e r'" são iguais ou são independentemente selecionados do grupo que consiste em benzila, benzila substituída, fenila ou fenila substituída; ou fórmula (ii) em que r, r', r" e r'" são iguais ou são independentemente selecionados a partir de alquila c1-c10 (cadeia linear ou ramificada), benzila, benzila substituída, fenila ou fenila substituída e m é um cátion metálico divalente, de preferência, selecionado do grupo que consiste em níquel, cobre e zinco; e aquecer o suporte para eletrogalvanização com a composição de plastisol no mesmo para uma temperatura adequada e por um tempo suficiente para curar o plastisol e formar um revestimento isolante sólido no suporte para eletrogalvanização. o suporte para eletrogalvanização revestido pode, então, ser usado para montar substratos não condutores para etapas de metalização subsequentes.
