Abstract
PLANTAS, SEMENTE, CÉLULAS VEGETAIS, PRODUTOS VEGETAIS, PROLE OU PLANTA DESCENDENTE DERIVADA DE UMA PLANTA, MÉTODO DE CONTROLE DE ERVAS, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE PLANTA, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE PLANTAS DE PROLE, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE PRODUTOS VEGETAIS, MÉTODO DE CULTIVO DA PLANTA, COMBINAÇÃO ÚTIL PARA CONTROLE DE ERVAS, PROCESSOS DE PREPARAÇÃO DA COMBINAÇÃO ÚTIL PARA CONTROLE DE ERVAS E USO DA COMBINAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma planta ou parte de planta que compreende (i) um polinucleotídeo recombinante que codifica um polipeptídeo PPO mutante ou do tipo selvagem e (ii) um polinucleotídeo recombinante que codifica um polipeptídeo CYP450, em que a expressão dos mencionados polinucleotídeos (i) e (ii) confere à planta ou parte de planta tolerância a herbicidas inibidores de PPO.
