Abstract
resumo métodos de controle de vegetação, de identificação e de produção, ácido nucleico, célula, plantas e semente a presente invenção refere-se a um método de controle de vegetação indesejada em um local de cultivo de plantas, em que o método compreende as etapas de fornecimento, no mencionado local, de uma planta que compreende pelo menos um ácido nucleico que compreende uma sequência de nucleotídeos que codifica uma hidroxifenil piruvato dioxigenase do tipo selvagem ou uma hidroxifenil piruvato dioxigenase que sofreu mutação (mut-hppd) que é resistente ou tolerante a um herbicida inibidor de hppd e/ou uma sequência de nucleotídeos que codifica uma homogenotisato solanesil transferase do tipo selvagem ou uma homogenotisato solanesil transferase que sofreu mutação (mut-hst) que é resistente ou tolerante a um herbicida inibidor de hppd, aplicando ao mencionado local uma quantidade eficaz do mencionado herbicida. a presente invenção refere-se ainda a plantas que compreendem mut-hppd e métodos de obtenção dessas plantas.
