processo para produção de um nó por soldadura de um primeiro cordão, que compreende fios individuais, com um segundo cordão (148), que compreende fios individuais, de materiais diferentes, em uma câmara de compressão ajustável em altura e largura, de um dispositivo de soldadura ultrassônico, cuja largura pode ser ajustada através de uma corrediça lateral (134) e cuja altura pode ser ajustada por modificação de distância entre sonotrodo (116) e contraelétrodo do dispositivo de soldadura ultrassônico, sendo que o primeiro cordão é soldado a uma energia específica mais alta, uma pressão mais alta ou uma amplitude maior da oscilação ultrassônica do que o segundo cordão (148) . para poder produzir de modo reprodutível a geometria e resistência à tração e resistência à escamação do nó (146), é proposto que o primeiro cordão seja introduzido na câmara de compressão e depois seus fios individuais sejam soldados para um nó parcial (146), sendo que a câmara de compressão é ajustada para uma largura (b), de tal modo que o nó parcial (146) cobre completamente o fundo da câmara de compressão limitado pelo sonotrodo (116), subsequentemente a câmara de compressão é aberta, o segundo cordão (148) é colocado na câmara de compressão sobre o nó parcial (146) e, depois, após o fechamento da câmara de compressão, o segundo cordão (148) é soldado com o nó parcial, (146).
