resumo método de enriquecimento de proteína de uma microalga desenvolvida heterotroficamente trata-se de um método para enriquecimento de proteína de uma microalga desenvolvida sob condições heterotróficas, sendo que a dita microalga é do gênero chlorella, caracterizado pelo fato que a cultura heterotrófica compreende uma etapa direcionada para limitar o crescimento da dita microalga por meio de uma deficiência do meio de fermentação em termos de uma fonte nutricional não nitrogenosa. 1/1
