Abstract
MÉTODO DE QUANTIFICAÇÃO DE EFICIÊNCIA DE CAPEAMENTO DE MRNA, KIT E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE MRNA. A presente invenção proporciona, entre outras coisas, métodos de quantificação de eficiência de capeamento de mRNA, particularmente mRNA sintetizado in vitro. Em algumas modalidades, métodos de acordo com a presente invenção compreendem proporcionar uma amostra de mRNA contendo mRNA capeado e não capeado, proporcionando uma substância de ligação específica de capeamento, sob condições que permitem a formação de um complexo entre a substância de ligação específica de capeamento e o mRNA capeado, e determinação quantitativa da quantidade do complexo em comparação com um controle, quantificando desse modo a eficiência de capeamento de mRNA.
