Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para liberar la vitamina D enlazada al hacer que una muestra que contiene vitamina D se ponga en contacto con un reactivo de liberación que contiene al menos una sustancia hidrotrópica y al menos una sal de metal de transición. La vitamina D liberada subsecuentemente se puede determinar cuantitativamente.
