Abstract

MÉTODO OU PROCESSO PARA MODIFICAR A FUCOSILAÇÃO EM UM SISTEMA DE EXPRESSÃO DE PROTEÍNAS EUCARIÓTICO E/OU EUCARIOTE, GLICOPROTEÍNA, E, USO DE UMA GLICOPROTEÍNA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método ou processo p ara controlar, inibir ou reduzir a fucosilação de proteínas e m um sistema de expressão de proteínas eucariótico e/ou eucariote. O dito método compreende realizar as expresses de proteínas e/ou modificação pós-traducional de proteínas na presença de uma concentração total elevada de manganês ou de íons manganês.
