resumo instalaìo e mtodo de fundiìo utilizando a mesma, refere-se a uma instalao de fundio que pode facilmente produzir uma placa de ao para um material de grande espessura e melhorar a qualidade, o percentual de rendimento e a produtividade da placa e a um mtodo de fundio que utiliza a instalao. dita instalao compreende uma unidade de fundio definindo uma passagem por meio da qual passa o ao fundido, para fundir o ao fundido em uma placa e uma unidade de solidificao compreendendo uma unidade de suporte disposta afastada da unidade de fundio, que recebe a placa da unidade de fundio, disposta em pelo menos um dos lados do local da placa para suportar a placa, e um primeiro controlador de qualidade fornecido em um lado externo placa para induzir a solidificao da placa. refere-se tambm a um mtodo de fundio caracterizado por compreender o fornecimento de ao fundido para preparar a fundio; o vazamento do ao fundido numa unidade de fundio que permite uma passagem por meio da qual o ao fundido passa, que pode ser aberta ou fechada; a transferncia de uma placa produzida por meio da fundio de uma unidade de solidificao; e a transferncia da placa para o ps-processo aps a solidificao da placa ser concluda. 1/1
