Abstract

ADESIVO À BASE DE POLIURETANO PARA ESTRUTURA DE POLARIZAÇÃO E LENTE POLARIZADA A presente invenção refere-se a um adesivo à base de poliuretano que contém um composto de poliol derivado a partir de monômero de caprolactona que tem um peso molecular numérico médio entre 200 e 1.000 combinado com um composto de poliisocianato. A funcionalidade do poliol policaprolactana é entre 1 e 4. Outros aspectos da invenção incluem uma estrutura em camadas de polarização, uma lente polarizada e um processo para produzir a mesma sendo que todos incluem o adesivo à base de poliuretano. O adesivo evita a delaminação e é útil em aplicações ópticas onde o mesmo entrará em contato com água, por exemplo, durante processos de surfaçagem (revestimento) ou de acabamento de borda.
