Abstract
resumo patente de invenção "método e sistema para sintonizar um controlador de circuito fechado para um pâncreas artificial". a presente invenção descreve e ilustrada um sistema de gerenciamento de diabetes que inclui uma bomba de infusão, um sensor de glicose e um controlador com um método programado no controlador. a bomba de infusão é configurada para fornecer insulina a um indivíduo. o sensor de glicose é configurado para monitorar os níveis de glicose no indivíduo e fornecer sinais de saída representativos dos níveis de glicose no indivíduo. o controlador é programado para receber sinais de pelo menos um dentre o sensor de glicose e a bomba e é configurado para emitir sinais à bomba para fornecer uma quantidade de insulina determinada por um controlador de retroinformações que utiliza um modelo de controle preditivo do indivíduo com base em níveis de glicose desejados, na quantidade de insulina aplicada e nos níveis de glicose medidos no indivíduo. o controlador é configurado também para fornecer insulina com o uso de um fator de ajuste baseado no módulo de índice de omissão ou em um módulo de índice de calibração.
