Abstract
1/1 resumo processo para obter óleo de farelo de arroz e farelo de arroz desengordurado a partir de farelo de arroz fresco trata-se de óleo de farelo de arroz de qualidade superior que pode ser obtido a partir de farelo de arroz em altos rendimentos e o farelo de arroz desengordurado de qualidade superior pode, também, ser obtido. o processo da invenção compreende uma primeira etapa de processamento de colocação do vapor superaquecido em contato com o farelo de arroz fresco obtido logo após o polimento de arroz para desativar as enzimas, uma segunda etapa de processamento de extração do óleo de farelo de arroz do farelo de arroz obtido na primeira etapa de processamento e uma terceira etapa de processamento de isolamento e obtenção do farelo de arroz desengordurado. preferencialmente, na primeira etapa de processamento, o vapor superaquecido de 250 . a 650 . é colocado em contato com o farelo de arroz durante 0,5 a 60 segundos. o óleo de farelo de arroz extraído tem uma baixa quantidade de ácido e o farelo de arroz desengordurado obtido é isento de bactérias e odores desagradáveis, fornecendo uma refeição de qualidade comestível superior.
