Abstract
métodos e sistemas para a amplificação de sinal de bioensaios. a presente invenção refere-se a métodos e sistemas para a detecção de um analito de interesse por um ensaio amplificado. os métodos e sistemas da invenção utilizam a alta especificidade das biomoléculas que foram acopladas a um suporte sólido para amplificar ainda mais um sinal produzido pela interação de um agente ligante com o analito de interesse como um meio para detectar baixos níveis do analito de interesse presente em uma amostra. em determinadas modalidades, para ensaios imunoquímicos (por exemplo, elisa ou ria) ou de imunofluorescência em que uma proteína a ser identificada está ligada diretamente ou por meio de anticorpos de captura a uma superfície passivada, uma amplificação de ~10.000 vezes pode ser alcançada.
