Abstract

MÉTODOS DE ISOLAMENTO DE (4-CLORO-2-FLUOR-3-SUBSTITUÍDO-FENIL)BORONATOS E MÉTODOS DE USO DOS MESMOS. Métodos de isolamento de um fenilboronato 4-cloro-2-fluor-3-substituído incluem adicionar dióxido de carbono gasoso ou dióxido de carbono sólido (gelo seco) a uma solução compreendendo um fenilboronato 4-cloro-2-fluor-3-substituído, um solvente orgânico inerte, e pelo menos um sal de lítio para reagir o pelo menos um sal de lítio com o dióxido de carbono gasoso ou dióxido de carbono sólido (gelo seco) e formar uma mistura compreendendo o fenilboronato 4-cloro-2-fluor-3-substituído, o solvente orgânico inerte, e um precipitado sólido. O sólido precipitado pode ser removido da mistura. Métodos de uso de fenilboronatos 4-cloro-2-fluor-3-substituídos para produzir metil-4-amino-3-cloro-6-(4-cloro-2-fluor-3-substituído-fenil)piridina-2-carboxilatos também são divulgados. Também é divulgado um fenilboronato 4-cloro-2-fluor-3-substituído produzido por um dos métodos de isolamento de um fenilboronato 4-cloro-2-fluor-3-substituído, em que o fenilboronato 4-cloro-2-fluor-3-substituído pode ser obtido com um rendimento maior ou igual a cerca de 90%.
