resumo corpos de metal revestidos por metal duro, metal duro, cermet ou cerâmica e processo para a produção de tais corpos com camada de compósito de tisicn ou em sistema multi-camadas, contendo ao menos uma camada de tisicn, dita camada sendo de nanocompósito produzida por processo cvd térmico sem excitação adicional de plasma contendo uma fase nanocristalina composta de ticxn1-x com tamanho médio de cristalito entre 5nm e 150nm e uma segunda fase composta de sicxny amorfo. dita camada tem alta dureza, alta resistência à oxidação e calor e alta resistência adesiva. a camada de nanocompósito tisicn é depositada a partir de uma mistura de gases contendo um ou mais halogenetos de ti, um ou mais precursores contendo si, h e compostos reativos contendo átomos de c e de n e/ou compostos de nitrogênio e/ou hidrocarbonetos e/ou gases nobres inertes por processo cvd térmico a temperaturas de 700°c a 1100°c e pressões de 10pa a 101,3kpa sem excitação de plasma adicional; a proporção molar entre os halogenetos de ti e precursores contendo si escolhida sendo a proporção atómica de si para ti > 1 presente na mistura dos gases. 1/1
