Abstract
resumo citocromo p450 e seu uso para oxidação enzimática de terpenos. a presente invenção fornece sequências de ácido nucleico e aminoácidos de um citocromo p450 com a capacidade de oxidar as moléculas de terpeno. ela também fornece um método de oxidação de moléculas de terpenos compreendendo o contato do citocromo p450 da invenção com a molécula de terpeno que deverá ser oxidada. particularmente, tal método pode ser conduzido in vitro ou in vivo para produzir moléculas de terpeno oxidadas, o que pode ser usado em diferentes campos técnicos como, por exemplo: aromas e fragrâncias. a presente invenção também fornece um vetor de expressão contendo ácido nucleico. um organismo hospedeiro não humano ou uma célula transformada com o ácido nucleico também é objetivo da invenção.
