resumo “sistema bicomponente curável por umidade” são providas composições curáveis por umidade incluindo polímeros sililados e métodos para sua produção. um sistema bicomponente curável por umidade para produzir um polímero reticulado sililado curado ou reticulado com propriedades melhoradas de deformação permanente à compressão é provido. o sistema bicomponente compreende uma primeira formulação e uma segunda formulação. a primeira formulação compreende um polímero sililado, água e carga e a segunda formulação compreende o polímero sililado, um catalisador de cura compreendendo pelo menos um ácido bronsted e um eliminador de umidade. a formulação curada final pode ter uma deformação permanente à compressão, determinada por astm d395 ou iso 815-1, menor que 100% e, em alguns exemplos, menor que 50% e, em alguns exemplos, menor que 15%. essa melhora confirmada da deformação permanente à compressão não apenas permite que os polímeros sililados sejam usados em aplicações nas quais são empregadas cargas cíclicas, mas também melhora a durabilidade do produto. 1/1
