resumo patente de invenção: "processo de isomerização da glicose em frutose". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de isomerização da glicose em frutose na água em presença de um catalisador básico sólido, caracterizado por sua reversibilidade de adsorção do co2 à baixa temperatura, o catalisador compreendendo pelo menos um óxido de lantanídeo suportado ou não suportado ou uma peneira molecular à base de silício, contendo seu modelo orgânico. a invenção se refere também a um processo de preparo do hmf a partir da glicose compreendendo a isomerização da glicose em frutose.
