Abstract
MÉTODO PARA OBTENÇÃO DE ARTIGOS ÓPTICOS QUE TÊM PROPRIEDADES RESISTENTES À ABRASÃO SUPERIORES E ARTIGOS REVESTIDOS PREPARADOS DE ACORDO COM TAL MÉTODO Trata-se de um método para preparar um artigo óptico resistente à abrasão que compreende: fornecer um artigo óptico que tem pelo menos uma face principal que possui um revestimento resistente à abrasão; posicionar o dito artigo óptico em uma câmara de depósito a vácuo; depositar uma primeira camada inorgânica que compreende SiO2 sobre o dito revestimento resistente à abrasão e em contato direto com o mesmo pela evaporação a vácuo de SiO2 e/ou SiOx, com 1 <x<2, na dita câmara de vácuo, sendo que a espessura da dita primeira camada inorgânica está em uma faixa de 10 a 100 nm, em que o oxigênio é introduzido na dita câmara de vácuo durante a dita evaporação; sendo que o dito depósito é conduzido sem assistência de íon; depositar uma segunda camada inorgânica que compreende SiO2 sobre a dita primeira camada inorgânica e em contato direto com a mesma pela evaporação a vácuo de SiO2 e/ou SiOx, com 1 <x<2, na dita câmara de vácuo, sendo que a espessura da dita segunda camada inorgânica está em uma faixa de 70 a 300 nm, em que o dito depósito é conduzido sem assistência de íon e a pressão na dita câmara de vácuo durante o depósito da dita segunda camada inorgânica que é menor que a pressão durante a evaporação da dita primeira camada inorgânica e opcionalmente; aplicar sobre a dita segunda camada inorgânica e em contato direto com a mesma uma camada hidrofílica ou uma hidrofóbica anti-incrustante que tem preferencialmente uma espessura que está em uma faixa de 1 a 15 nm, em que a camada mais externa do artigo é a dita segunda camada inorgânica ou, quando presente, a dita camada hidrofílica ou hidrofóbica.
