Abstract

1/1 resumo “processo de fabricação de um substrato de vidro comportando motivos impressos em esmalte” a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de um painel de vidro 5 com visão de sentido único comportando um ou vários motivos discretos de esmalte, compostos de várias camadas em exata coincidência, processo de acordo com o qual: a) deposita-se pelo menos uma camada de uma composição contendo pelo menos um pigmento mineral sobre toda ou parte da superfície do painel, a referida composição sendo isento de frita de vidro, b) deposita-se por serigrafia pelo menos uma camada de uma 10 composição de esmalte contendo pelo menos uma frita de vidro e pelo menos um pigmento mineral de cor diferente do da etapa a) sob a forma do ou dos motivos desejados, c) aquece-se o painel revestido com as referidas camadas a uma temperatura suficiente para cozer o esmalte, e d) elimina-se os pigmentos não fixados pelo esmalte situados fora do ou dos motivos, caracterizado pelo fato de que as partículas de um ou mais pigmentos e as 15 partículas de uma ou mais fritas de vidro têm um tamanho similar, notadamente uma distribuição granulométrica tal que 50% das partículas têm um tamanho inferior a 7 µm, e pelo fato de que a espessura da camada de composição de esmalte depositada na etapa b) é superior à espessura da camada de pigmentos depositada na etapa a), a espessura da camada de esmalte depositada na etapa b) estando compreendida entre 20 e 100 µm e a 20 espessura da camada de pigmentos depositada na etapa a) estando compreendida entre 4 e 15 µm.
