Abstract
processo para a produção de um revestimento antimicrobiano sobre um substrato de vidro, substrato de vidro revestido com antimicrobiano, preparado pelo processo, vidraça arquitetônica ou automotiva, e uso de um substrato de vidro revestido com antimicrobiano. a presente invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de um revestimento antimicrobiano sobre um substrato de vidro, um substrato de vidro revestido com antimicrobiano preparado pelo processo e uso do mesmo, o processo compreendendo as etapas de: i) fornecer um substrato de vidro tendo uma primeira superfície e uma segunda superfície; ii) fornecer uma solução contendo silício e uma solução contendo partículas; iii) misturar a solução contendo silício e a solução contendo partículas para formar uma composição de revestimento de sílica; iv) contatar pelo menos a referida primeira superfície do substrato com a composição de revestimento de sílica para depositar uma camada de sílica no substrato de vidro; e iv) curar a composição de revestimento de sílica depositada no substrato de vidro para formar uma camada de revestimento de matriz de sílica, em que as partículas são depositadas sobre e / ou dentro da camada de revestimento de matriz de sílica em que as partículas são depositadas sobre e / ou dentro do revestimento de matriz de sílica camada em uma quantidade de 0,1 a 20% em peso.
