Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM VIDRO, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE VIDROS FINAIS, VIDRO E FITA". A invenção se refere a um dispositivo e um processo de fabricação de um vidro que compreende a preparação de um fluxo principal de um vidro principal líquido por um dispositivo principal que compreende um forno principal, a preparação de um fluxo auxiliar de um vidro auxiliar líquido por um dispositivo auxiliar que compreende um forno auxiliar com queimador imerso, o fluxo auxiliar sendo menor que o fluxo principal, o vidro auxiliar sendo de composição diferente daquela do vidro principal, os dois fluxos sendo, em seguida, misturados em um único fluxo total do vidro final. Notadamente, o forno auxiliar tem por função levar uma coloração ao vidro principal a fim de que o vidro final seja um vidro colorido. Um vidro plano muito homogêneo e colorido na massa pode assim ser fabricado por uma instalação com pequenos tempos de transição.
