本发明公开了一种透明抗菌亲水涂料,包括以下组分:硅酸盐或溶胶中的至少一种、纳米氧化物分散液、碱金属的磷酸盐、无机抗菌剂、抑制剂、润湿剂和溶剂;本发明的透明抗菌亲水涂料为高硬度具有抗菌功能的无机涂料,涂料涂层为透明涂层、具有高硬度、耐摩擦性,适合用于各种金属、玻璃、陶瓷的表面处理,尤其适用于厨具、卫具,具有保护基材,使基材表面易清洁、耐洗刷,满足人们对生活卫生质量的要求。

一种透明抗菌亲水涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种透明抗菌亲水涂料。
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平不断的提高,人们对生活卫生质量的要求也越来越高,如何能够有效的抗菌、除菌是人们对现代生活提出的挑战。抗菌涂料行业目前仍处在发展阶段,解决抗菌材料在涂料中的应用工艺,是摆在涂料行业面前共同的课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高硬度、亲水性好、具有抗菌功能的无机涂料,其适合用于厨具、卫具及玻璃等表面处理,具有保护基材,使基材表面易清洁并有抗菌作用的透明抗菌亲水涂料。
本发明的技术方案为:一种透明抗菌亲水涂料,包括以下组分:硅酸盐或溶胶中的至少一种、纳米氧化物分散液、碱金属的磷酸盐、无机抗菌剂、抑制剂、润湿剂和溶剂;其中,
所述硅酸盐为硅酸锂、硅酸钠、硅酸钾、硅酸钙或硅酸锆中的至少一种;所述溶胶为硅溶胶、铝溶胶中的至少一种;
所述纳米氧化物分散液为气相二氧化硅分散液、纳米氧化钙分散液、纳米碳酸钙分散液、纳米氧化锌分散液或纳米氧化锆分散液中的至少一种;
所述碱金属的磷酸盐为磷酸镁、磷酸铝、磷酸钠、磷酸钾或磷酸钙中的至少一种;
所述无机抗菌剂为纳米铜或纳米银中的至少一种;
所述抑制剂为三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或一乙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述润湿剂为乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、改性硅氧烷或聚山梨醇酯中的至少一种;
所述润湿剂为乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、改性硅氧烷或聚山梨醇酯中的至少一种;
所述溶剂为水。
所述抗菌剂优选为纳米银,其添加量为涂料总量的0.01%-2%。
优选地,所述纳米银的添加量为涂料总量的为0.05%-1%。
所述抑制剂的添加量为涂料总量的1%-10%。
所述润湿剂的添加量为涂料总量的0.01%-2%。
优选地,所述润湿剂的添加量为涂料总量的0.05%-1%。
优选地,本发明的透明抗菌亲水涂料,其包括下列按质量百分比的组分:硅酸锂0-10%、硅酸钾0-30%、硅溶胶0-20%、铝溶胶0-20%、纳米碳酸钙分散液1-5%、磷酸铝1-5%、纳米银0.01%-2%、二乙醇胺1%-10%、乙二醇单丁醚0.01%-2%、水余量。
优选地,本发明的透明抗菌亲水涂料,其包括下列按质量百分比的组分:硅酸锂7%、硅酸钾21%、硅溶胶12%、纳米碳酸钙分散液2%、磷酸铝1.6%、纳米银0.4%、二乙醇胺5.5%、乙二醇单丁醚1.5%、水49%。
本发明所述的硅酸盐与溶胶对涂料的成模性具有影响,硅酸盐与溶胶的比例优选为1:(0.4-1),溶胶的含量不宜超过硅酸盐的含量,过多会影响涂料的成模性,使得涂料附着力差涂层易脱落、耐水煮和耐酸碱性能差。
本发明中所述的纳米氧化物分散液具有耐水、耐洗刷、耐污性能,有助于涂料成膜,提高涂料涂层的耐摩擦性、耐洗刷性。
本发明所述碱金属的磷酸盐有助于提高涂料的亲水性。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明透明抗菌亲水涂料采用无机组分,通过各组分的协同作用,可保持涂料涂层具有良好的抗菌性能和持续的亲水性能,且涂料涂层为透明涂层、具有高硬度、耐摩擦性,适合用于各种金属、玻璃、陶瓷的表面处理,尤其适用于厨具、卫具,具有保护基材,使基材表面易清洁、耐洗刷,满足人们对生活卫生质量的要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1至实施例5的透明抗菌亲水涂料,其各组分配比如下表1:

性能测试:按照表1中的实施例1~实施例5的配方制备涂料,制备所得的涂料采用喷涂方式在120mm×150mm的拉丝不锈钢板上制作涂层;先在低温下(如50℃)烘烤10min,在250℃烘烤30min;实施例1~5的检测性能见表2。

从上述性能检测结果可得:实施例1至实施例4涂层外观为透明,抗菌性合格,实施例1涂层亲水角低至6°,亲水性好,且经过2000次摩擦后亲水角为15°,变化不大,可见涂层具有高耐磨性;其次,实施例3因为无使用硅溶胶因而其耐水煮、耐酸碱性较差,而实施例4由于溶胶含量(硅溶胶和铝溶胶)大于硅酸盐,涂层各性能差,可见溶胶含量过多会影响涂料的附着力;实施例5的纳米银含量较实施例1至实施例4含量均少,测试结果是抗菌性不合格,可见纳米银的含量不可过少。

1.一种透明抗菌亲水涂料,其特征在于,其包括下列按质量百分比的组分:硅酸锂7%、硅酸钾21%、硅溶胶12%、纳米碳酸钙分散液2%、磷酸铝1.6%、纳米银0.4%、二乙醇胺5.5%、乙二醇单丁醚1.5%、水49%。
