Abstract
reator de amoximação para a produção de oxima de ciclo-hexanona reator de amoximação para a produção de oxima de ciclo-hexanona, que compreende: (a) um vaso de reator equipado com um agitador, (b) um sistema de filtração interno, (c) uma serpentina de evaporação de amônia líquida interna, (d) um distribuidor toroidal de amônia gasosa interno, (e) um distribuidor toroidal externo de ciclo-hexanona, (f) um distribuidor toroidal de peróxido de hidrogênio interno; (g) um tubo de aspiração cilíndrico interno; (h) uma jaqueta de refrigeração externa. o referido reator de amoximação permite a obtenção de uma melhor mistura dos componentes da reação de amoximação e maximizar ambos os coeficientes de transferência de calor e os coeficientes de transferência de massa. além disso, o referido reator de amoximação permite aumentar o tempo de empacotamento do catalisador utilizado na reação de amoximação sobre o sistema de filtração (por exemplo, os fenômenos de entupimento), de modo a evitar a necessidade de realizar as retrolavagens com nitrogênio. além disso, o referido reator de amoximação não necessita de unidades de separação a jusante externas para separar o catalisador a partir da mistura de reação obtida a partir da reação de amoximação.
