Abstract

processo e instalação para a purificação biológica de águas residuais de coqueria a invenção se refere a um processo para a purificação biológica de águas residuais de coqueria, que é carregado com compostos de nitrogênio, cianetos, fenóis e sulfetos. as águas residuais de coqueria para a remoção de poluentes, que inibem uma nitrificação, juntamente com uma corrente de material contendo biomassa, são alimentadas a um reator de desintoxicação, que apresenta uma zona de tratamento com gás e a uma zona de reação. a mistura de alimentação alimentada ao reator de desintoxicação na zona de tratamento com gás é exposta a um agente de oxidação gasoso. uma corrente de material enriquecida com o agente de oxidação é conduzida à zona de reação, na qual cianetos e outros poluentes, que inibem a nitrificação são biodegradados. uma corrente de material é retirada da zona de reação, e é conduzida ao reator de desintoxicação. além disso, uma corrente de águas residuais é separada do reator de desintoxicação por meio de uma filtração por membranas em uma corrente de retentado contendo biomassa, e uma corrente de permeado purificada. da corrente de retentado é descarregada uma corrente parcial, que transporta lama em excesso. a corrente de retentado, após a separação da corrente parcial, é reconduzida ao reator de desintoxicação. a corrente de permeado é purificada ainda por nitrificação com desnitrificação subsequente.
