Abstract
produto moldado constituído por material compósito de fibra reforçada a presente invenção refere-se a um produto moldado com peso leve tendo grau de liberdade de forma, constituído por um material compósito de fibra reforçada contendo fibras reforçadas e uma resina termoplástica. a presente invenção se refere a um produto moldado sendo excelente na isotropia constituída por um material compósito de fibra reforçada na qual as fibras reforçadas descontínuas são isotrópicas em um plano e são bidimensionalmente orientadas na resina termoplástica, as fibras reforçadas contidas no produto moldado incluem um feixe de fibra reforçada (a) constituído pelas fibras reforçadas do número de fibra simples crítico definido pela fórmula (1) ou mais, um índice do feixe de fibra reforçada (a) à quantidade total das fibras reforçadas no produto moldado é 20% em volume ou mais e menos do que 90% em volume, e o número médio ( n) das fibras reforçadas no feixe de fibra reforçada (a) satisfaz a fórmula (2): número de fibra simples crítico=600/d (1) 0,7x10^ 4^ /d^ 2^ <n<1x10^ 5^ /d^ 2^ (2) em que d é um diâmetro médio da fibra (<109>m) das fibras reforçadas.
