Abstract
The present invention provides a fiber-reinforced transparent resin composition which has excellent transparency and also has high intensity and dimensional stability simultaneously. A Cellulose fiber derived from plants having a maximum fiber diameter of 100 nm or less and a ratio of average fiber length to average fiber diameter of 2000 or more combines with a transparent resin to prepare a fiber-reinforced transparent resin composition. The average fiber length of the cellulose fiber is 100 to 500 μ m, and the cellulose fiber has the average fiber diameter of 15 to 80 nm and a standard deviation of a fiber diameter distribution of 80 nm or less. The transparent resin is a curable resin comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of acrylic resin and epoxy resin. A transparent sheet formed by the fiber-reinforced transparent resin composition is a sheet capable of forming a display unit of a touch panel.
